Family Protection Plan

In addition to the obligation assumed by the cemetery in an original purchase agreement, Historic Woodlawn Cemetery further agrees, providing payments are up to date on the original purchase, that in the event of the death of an unmarried child of the purchasers between the ages of one year and twenty-one years, it will provide interment space for such child, for the sum of one dollar. Wherever possible, such space shall be adjacent to the spaces originally purchased. If such additional space adjacent to the spaces previously purchased is not available, then the cemetery shall provide an equivalent number of grave spaces in another part of the cemetery, provided the purchasers reconvey to the cemetery the grave spaces originally purchased.
